Our haul-off are suitable to all types of plastic material thanks to the different configurations of the collapsing board and side guides or gussetboard.
We can also supply the haul-off in “stand alone” configuration, therefore complete with electrical equipment and everything necessary to make it work even on existing systems. Possibility of additional water colling cylinders on s-wrap modality.
Automatic winders W 400 for blown film lines
Smart automatic winder, with different possibilities of winding as: surface contact, axial/mixed system.
The W400 is a compact winder equipped with excellent safety devices thanks to the application of the latest generation PLC safe.
The machine is completely automatic and can be supplied with various options on request such as the addition of cutting systems for the production of multi-reel or of pre-acceleration mandrel system during reel change.
