BM Engineering

BM Engineering has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of inline printing units. As a result, today very robust and easy-to-operate units are built according to a proven principle and adapted to individual customer requirements.

The use of high-quality components ensures a long service life and very good availability.

BM-Engineering is also an excellent partner for retrofitting inline printing systems of all brands. Either special spare parts are produced or the company’s own printing units are completely integrated into existing systems by means of innovative solutions.

Dreistegen

Dreistegen GmbH based in Monschau, Germany, was founded in 2008 and its core business is the finishing of technical surfaces. To this end, Dreistegen contributes sound knowledge of materials and processes. Special attention is paid to the development of economical solutions.

Dreistegen is characterised by a high degree of technical understanding and a great deal of practical experience. Customers are advised comprehensively in the areas of plasma nitriding, PVD coatings and development of the Caveo process.

Especially in retrofitting of existing components such as die heads or flat nozzles, Dreistegen offers customised services. In addition to decoating and recoating, adjacent extrusion components are polished onto each other, damage is welded on and subsequently adjusted to the flow contour.

Innovative solutions are used to optimally refurbish worn parts. Sustainable retrofits that sustainably increase the quality and output of film production.

Enlyze

ENLYZE specialises in recording all production data and signals of a production line and processing and evaluating them according to customer requirements. For this purpose, special hardware and software is used, which has been designed in-house.

In the field of blown and cast film extrusion, ENLYZE has gained a lot of experience through the implementation of complex projects. Through innovative solutions and short distances in the cooperation, ENLYZE offers the customer a high added value.

In particular, heterogeneous extrusion parks can be combined on a uniform platform. The analysis tools provided are used by existing customers for a wide range of applications related to increasing productivity.

In the area of preventive maintenance, we use the data provided by ENLYZE to identify the condition of components. This enables us to identify which plant components are working at their wear limit and need to be overhauled.

Cutting-edge technology for today’s and tomorrow’s production

Erhardt+Leimer is one of the leading suppliers in the field of web guiding system, web control and web inspection and develops cutting-edge technology for a wide range of industries. The owner-managed group with headquarter in Augsburg was founded in 1919 and has a worldwide network of subsidiaries and representatives.

For the production of films on the blown film line, Erhardt+Leimer offers proven and precisely matched solutions for web guiding before rewinding and slitting. If you need an additional width measurement as a double check, you can easily expand your E+L web guiding system.

Other systems such as web tension control during rewinding or the surface inspection system guarantee our customers efficient production and a consistently high quality of the produced films.

Finter

Finter’s speciality and experience lies primarily in the field of extrusion and blown film production. As a die head workshop, Finter offers a range of services specifically for blown and cast film die heads, e.g. disassembly/removal, manual and thermal cleaning, inspections, replacement of wear parts, etc.

Finter offers plastic melt filtration systems and accessories, as well as burn-off ovens for customer-internal maintenance. Retrofitting is one of the ways to improve the performance of your extrusion lines and steer them in a more environmentally friendly and energy efficient direction at a much lower budget than a new line.

Frigosystem was founded in 1970 and to this day concentrates on the development, manufacture and distribution of industrial refrigeration systems.

The company has grown from a regional supplier in industrial heating and cooling technology to a globally operating specialist in plastics and packaging technology.

Constant research into new technologies and close cooperation with our customers enables us to offer tailor-made-solutions. Frigosystem has established its own product line in the field of temperature control equipment and acquired Corema Spa in 2010.

Wema

WEMA is an owner-managed business based in Lüdenscheid, Germany. The company produces electrical resistance heating elements with a special focus on extrusion technology and the flexible insulation system ISOWEMA.

The main customers come from the extruder machine building industry as well as from the plastics processing industry. By working together with WEMA, we have found a very competent partner whose products and know-how provides us with excellent support in our retrofit projects when it comes to renewing or optimising the heating technology, or to exploiting energy-saving potential by using the flexible ISOWEMA insulation system.
