Magnets

Hopper magnets are the life insurance for extruder screws! They are simply inserted into existing weighing hoppers of a gravimetric or batch system and prevent metal parts such as splinters, tools, glasses or ballpoint pens from reaching the extruder screw. Due to the constant weight, no new calibration of the hoppers is necessary. Hopper magnets also do not cause a reduction in throughput.
