Gneuss MC emerged from Gneuss Measurement Technology and combines many years of experience in the development and manufacture of industrial sensors for plastics extrusion.

For over 40 years, pressure and temperature sensors as well as evaluation systems for continuous production processes have been manufactured at the company‘s site in Germany. The focus is on the precise and permanently stable measurement of process-relevant parameters – even under high thermal and mechanical loads.

The experience gained from a wide variety of extrusion applications – from standard polymers to highly viscous, abrasive, or temperature-sensitive materials – flows directly into the design of the sensors.
The aim is to achieve reproducible measurement performance under changing process conditions and high mechanical resistance in continuous industrial use.

In addition to series products, Gneuss MC develops customer-specific designs for special installation situations, specific media requirements, or unusual pressure and temperature ranges.

Short decision-making processes, a high degree of vertical integration, and flexible production structures enable short delivery times and rapid adaptation to customer-specific requirements. A global network of qualified sales partners also ensures technical support and supply in the respective markets.
