Lebbing: Complete retrofit of a film winder

The company Lebbing based in Bocholt has specialised in complete retrofits of film winders. All electrical and mechanical components are overhauled or replaced. In addition, existing winders can also be retrofitted with new functions or winding types. The software of an existing control system is completely reproduced and, if necessary, extended with the new functions.

In this current retrofit project, the software, the operator panel, the frequency converters and other components are replaced. After the retrofit, the 20-year-old winder is in as-new condition, including the latest safety technology!
