PLAST-CONTROL: „Frost line Detection“
At the K-show trade fair in Düsseldorf, PLAST-CONTROL presented a concept for frost line detection on a blown film line. With this system, the height and temperature changes of the frost line are to be continuously measured during the course of production and the line parameters (including extruder and blower output) are to be automatically readjusted accordingly.
DKHV: Complete retrofit for 3-layer blown film extrusion line
On a 3-layer blown film extrusion line, the old Siemens line control was replaced by a PLAST-CONTROL “NAVIGATOR” control. DKHV took over the complete project management including installation, the customer did not have to assign any electricians or mechanics.
